Remote Assistance Instructions for LogMeIn

  1. Click here to begin your LogMeIn remote assistance session.
  2. Click the Run button when prompted. You may need to do this twice.
  3. LogMeIn will proceed to install. You will see a notification when it is ready.
  4. Your are now ready for remote assistance. LogMeIn will be removed when the session ends.

Remote Assistance Instructions for CrossLoop

  1. Download the CrossLoop remote assistance software.
  2. Click the Run button when prompted. You may need to do this twice.
  3. The CrossLoop installer will appear.
  4. Click the Next button on each page of the installer and finally Finish.
  5. When it asks to create an account, click Skip in the bottom-right corner.
  6. Once you give me the 12-digit access code I will be able to connect to your PC.
  7. Your are now ready for remote assistance.

How to Access Your Work Desktop from Home

  1. Right-click PMBilling Remote Desktop and Save As
  2. Save it to your desktop.
  3. Double-click the PMBilling Remote Desktop icon to connect and enter your username and password.
  4. To disconnect, click the X in the yellow bar at the top of the screen.
